I am a life-long creative who started drawing at an early age. Taking ideas that only existed in my mind and putting them on paper seemed like sorcery to me. Ever since, I have followed the magic into the field of design.
In the early days of tech I was an art director for Streaming Magazine. This led to my first introduction to the dot-com era at Radiocentral where I built some of the first internet-radio user interfaces for companies like A&E, Earthlink, and Lycos. I took a break from tech to get back to my print and prepress roots at the San Francisco Business Times. While there I sharpened my creative skills by creating ad campaigns for local businesses—increasing revenue for the publication.
After a three-years of running a small studio serving clients like Gordon Rees, MobiTV, iMeem, and The DeYoung Museum, I got back into tech at Eventbrite. While there I mixed code and culture together—HTML/CSS event pages, environmental graphics, and eventually design leadership.
As Lead Brand Designer at Tilt, I helped shape a startup that became a frat-household name—until Airbnb acquired it.
My curiosity of the product development process led me to pursue product design roles. UJET pushed me deeper into product: scaling UI systems, smoothing complex workflows, and tightening collaboration with engineering. Branch expanded that globally, from design systems to research-driven onboarding across multiple markets.
Now I’m a Lead Product Designer at Meta, still building, still curious, still bringing ideas into life.
When I am not at Meta I create collage art, exhibiting in galleries, creating murals, and featured in multiple art publications.
